Hello Marvel game fans. Today we're taking a look at Marvel Battle Lines. MBL is a new game that is not fully out in all markets yet. It's a bit of a deck building, TCG mixed with a tic-tac-toe or connect four style of gameplay. I feel as if Marvel has now fully encompassed just about every game type for mobile games now. We have MFF for action, MCoC for a beat-em up, MSF for turn based combat, and then we have the puzzle quest game and whatever niche the academy game fills.

MBL is definitely unique. Can't say I've played any other games like this. I think Marvel was definitely in line to do a TCG type game and even a moba but I was not expecting to see something like a connect four mechanic. I can't really get a feel for it yet as I'm still in the hand holding tutorial section but it seems "ok" so far. I doubt I will get too into it as my free time is already consumed by so many other games with daily requirements. You might like it if you like collectible type games.
