This video is tutorial how to overclock any GPU (in our case Gainward GTX970 refference) to 1,4GHz using MSI Afterburner. This profile works great for me. There can be difference between your and mine optimal overlocking values.
You can overclock any GPU (AMD or NVIDIA) using this guide.
