Any of the five scenes can be played as the first stage, and the stage progression goes as follows: Megaleon "Scene A / Man-Made World", Ashutar "Scene B / Volcanic World", Malkland "Scene C / Plant World", Sara "Scene D / Desert World", Orthea "Scene E / Cloud World", and then Megaleon if it was not previously cleared. Once all five worlds are cleared, the game moves on to Hyperspace.
