So this phone is practically brand new I got it from Verizon new and had it for a month or so. It has not been dropped as I have babied the hell out if it. Well the other day the ring that is around the camera lens fell down inside of the phone. As you can see its nothing I can fix, I tried shaking it and holding it upside down with nothing. So this is what the front facing camera looks like now which is pretty damn annoying. Its sad because I have been buying insurance for my phones for years and never used it. Today I called and they said I would have to pay a 100 dollars deductible so in the end just never buy their shitty insurance and take it somewhere local.
