2023-06-14. While setting up proper borders for the enclosing container parent window of the "title bar" and "inside" windows, I realized the background of the window still needs to be refreshed. This is a throw back to the days of when Windows 3.1 had WM_PAINT issues when windows would not refresh behind the window that was moving, and the solitaire game that showcased the same demo effect when you won the game!

Had to upload this one, just for fun. :)
