Game Theory: The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild a WiiU port?

If you have played the new Zelda on a switch you will be aware of thel title? framerate issues when playing it on a TV (while docked). What if I told you I have a console and I play the same game at 1080p with 60FPS, my WiiU? Would that not have the whiff of The Arkham knight about it? Here are 3 reasons I think this theory might hold some water:
The Switch Hardware on paper is better than the WiiU and it would not surprise anyone who play Arkham Knight on a PS4 how being opsonized for a platform can mean when ported to a more powerful platform the performance can take a hit. Emulation that is typical with porting is like asking someone to repack eggs into larger egg boxes there is either a delay in moving the eggs or there is a lot of wasted space in the egg box. The issues with slow down on explosions and some effects are all not present on the WiiU. This implies the game was designed and built around the WiiU hardware and given that the new chipset is very different it has a hard time using the new WiiU graphics.
Development time, it takes many years to build a game of the size and complexity of this version of Zelda somewhere between 5 and 7 years according to Nintendo. And I won’t pull any punches, that plastic screened console looks like it was slapped together at the last minute with some Wii Remotes stuck on the side. It has a build quality of a $100 Ebay gaming tablet (you know the one that slots into a controller with a rumble pack). I don’t think they spent even 2 years getting that mess out of the door. It is a budget piece of junk I cannot after holding it force myself to buy. 3DS will remain my mobile console of choice for now thank you. There simply is not time to design that game for a console that is half a decade youngers and has only been playing games for about 18 months.
Game design choices that appear to be dead end and make no sense. Every fight you have to go into the menu 3 times and 12-20 on a boss fight… why why why! Well the answer is simple it is easy to take away a menu from a WiiU screen it is much much harder to remove the gameplay developed around being able to swap (or SWITCH) weapons with the tap of a thumb? You could also use that in game tablet to use the runic powers like Link does in the game… OMG HL3 is REAL! Sorry this is a little tin foil hat but there has never been a game where you spend as much time in the menus are you do in the fight before. Nintendo are great at making well-paced games so why is this ones combat sooooo dis-jointed?
We there are my three reasons: Performance, Development Time and Gameplay.
I honestly think the people who made the weapons in Hyrul made the screens for the switch!
