Hey everyone! In today's video I'm covering an alternative collision system that you can use in your games that negates the need of having a while loop. The core structure of this code has been tried and tested by both myself and my good friend Jon at XorShaders. The reason we were both looking to develop an alternative collision system was because of the game we are currently developing (Xodusse). We needed a unique collision system due to the rotating viewport in our game. Whilst we did not use this system in our game, it is a viable alternative for most platforming and top down 2D games.
