The phrases are the following, from what I remember:
Studentajävel! - You student bastard! (the guy who throws bottles)
Vem fan är du? - Who the hell are you? (balcony guy)
Gå hem och läs! - Go home and study! (mom)
Duktig pojke! - Good boy! (mom)
Hmm, nja, han är väl kanske hemma då! - hmm, well, I suppose he's back home then (mom, when she notices the guy's gone home)

Meatball recipe screen:

Moms have no understanding for the joys of a student. Here, we can see the proof of this.
Mom's meatball recipe:
10 l of water
5 kg of flour (graham)
1 bag of cement
5 kg of macadam (I kind of road construction material, I don't know if it's called macadam in the states)
2 l of glue (Karlssons) - Also "Karlssons Klister" or "Karlssons glue" is a swedish brand of glue known to stick to everything and being impossible to remove.
Mix it all into a bowl and stir at will. Ferment for three hours. When the mixture is solidified: Divide into neat sized meatballs. Fry the meatballs on a high temperature."
The game over screens are, from what I remember:
"You have taken so much damage from the carnival that you die to death." (Yes, it literally says that)
"You've been drinking so much that your bladder just blew up."
"You're so drunk that the only thing you can do is to choose in which direction to throw up. Aim with the movement keys and throw up with the action key."
-and if you hit the headmaster-
"You just threw up on Rector Magnificus (which is Latin for the highest of the headmasters at a University, I think the phrase is mostly used in universities in Europe), I he was noooot happy."
-if you hit the Rektor three times-
"You've puked on the Rektor one too many times. You're expelled from school."
