While many video games introduce players to unique and interesting fictional characters, others use real-life people as characters. While they have to reach an agreement with the person (or their estate) to actually use them in the game, there have been times that the companies have been accused of being dishonest in their contracts. Other times, they have created characters who look a whole lot like famous people that they claim are actually unique fictional characters.
