GameStop Honey Gift Card Glitch! How to fix it and how to save money!
8How to get your discounted gift card...
1. Have the Honey add on installed on your browser
2. Add games to cart on GameStop website... the more you add, the bigger the discount (didn't seem to work with accessories or other non-game items)
3. Go to your cart and click "proceed to checkout"
4. The Honey offer should pop up in the top right corner of your screen
5. Click the orange "continue" button and follow steps to buy your discounted gift card
6. Remove all items from cart, without checking out... and save your gift card for use at a future date if desired.
*If you use the card for the same cart you purchased it through, it will be declined... for some reason, their bug causes your total to show 1 CENT short of your actual total... it's dumb and annoying.. I dealt with it already. It's not worth the headache... just use the card on a different order when you can see the actual amount reflect and have it paired with a credit card to cover the difference. Gift cards can not be combined with PayPal for payments.
