4Gamestop STEALS and LIES!
On the gamestop subreddit, employees have talked about the new program called "The Circle Of Life (COL for short)". COL includes reservation, preowned sales, trades and power up rewards.
Now for every catogory there's a certain percent of sales that needs to be reached by each employee. Reaching the minimum of one category gives the store 25% COL score. Now, the store NEEDS at least 75%! So every employee NEEDS to reach the goal of atleast 3 out of 4 COL! That's CRAZY!
I did mix up the name of the subreddit with the new program COL, that's what happens when you do the news with some live gameplay late at night xD
