15Electronic Arts Inc. announced on September 29, 2025, a definitive agreement to be acquired by a consortium led by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, along with Silver Lake and Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners, in a $55 billion deal that will take the company private. Shareholders will receive $210 per share in cash, a 25% premium over the unaffected stock price, with the transaction expected to close in the first half of 2026 pending regulatory approvals.
