alright, today's this video: fatal fury city of the wolves is just came out yesterday from early access and honestly, it's sooo good as l thought it would be, like there's soooo many content compared to KOF XV's. from the mechanics, newcomers, episode of south town mode, color edit, music jukebox mode and even story mode / arcade mode, this game is just truly great, if u ask me. but, there's 1 themes l haven't covering yet with exchange for mark of the wolves pitch to city of the wolves pitch, and that is character select's theme from garou mark of the wolves & city of the wolves. so today: here's my city of the wolves pitch version of character select's theme from "Garou: Mark of the Wolves" on arranged soundtrack version. so, if u guys want to see more fatal fury video content on my channel.
Garou: Mark of the Wolves is a 1999 fighting games produced by SNK, originally for the Neo Geo Arcade system and then as Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves for the Dreamcast. It is the 6th main installment of the Fatal Fury series. Though released a year after Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers, the game is canonically a sequel to the 1995 installment Real Bout Fatal Fury, taking place a decade after the events of that game. 10 years after combatant Terry Bogard kills crimelord Geese Howard in the King of Fighters competition, he and his adoptive son, Rock Howard, enter into a Southtown tournament known as Maximum Mayhem to learn about the Howard legacy. The game features 14 characters, all new, with Terry's exception. As a fighting game, the game employs two innovative mechanics, the first known as T.O.P (Tactical Offensive Position), which provides players with powerful attacks when their health is within a certain range (chosen by the player prior to the start of the match), and the second known as Just Defend, which provides players with various advantages if they block attacks at precise moments.
10 years after crime lord Geese Howard's death, South Town has remained peaceful as Terry Bogard continues to raise Geese's son Rock Howard. The two suddenly receive a personal invitation to participate in a new King of Fighters tournament, the first to be held since Geese's death, dubbed "King of Fighters: Maximum Mayhem". Upon seeing in the invitation that the host also has information about Rock's deceased mother Marie, they travel to the neighboring city of Second Southtown to participate in the tournament, as do several other fighters, many of whom have ties to the previous tournaments' combatants. Mark of the Wolves features 14 playable characters. Terry Bogard is the only returning character from the previous Fatal Fury games, though many of the new cast are relatives or disciples of other characters from past entries. As revealed in the featurette Memories of Stray Wolves, Rock is the winner of the tournament, joining the host Kain after learning he is related to his mother. Kain created the new tournament to attract his nephew and discover the meaning behind Geese's legacy.
Fatal Fury, known in Japan as Garou Densetsu (lit. "Legend of the Hungry Wolf") is a fighting game franchises released by SNK then SNK (current company), and a series of fighting games directed by it, the first episode of which was released in arcades as well as on the console created by this same company, the Neo-Geo system and adapted on different media.
