Started implementing the HUD now that I have access to the original assets of the game.
The helmet and static HUD elements are models rendered in a separate pass using the original models and textured from the game. Added head bobbing and lag as per the original GC version.
Next step is to setup a curved rendering surface and defer all HUD rendering operations to that context in order to match the HUD current curvature.
