Amata takes a look at the 2D side scrolling puzzle game from Smudged Cat Games, Gateways. This game has rather interesting 2d graphics, along with puzzle elements quite similar to those in Portal and Portal 2. You use your "gateway gun" to solve puzzles, but there are also various other power ups scattered throughout the game that you need in order to progress.
You get a very good look at the graphics options menu, control options for keyboard and mouse, and whether or not you can rebind the keys. You also get shown a decent chunk of gameplay, both with and without the gateway gun, so you get to see a few of the game's mechanics, graphics, and puzzles as well as a bit of the quite awesome music/soundtrack.
