The gatling gun hunter can be annoying to deal with, best advice I can give is to just try and stay near them. If they start firing their gatling gun, well get moving! Try to stay halfway close to them though, if you do let them stay far away for long enough they will heal a good portion of their health.

Funny enough, the gatling gun hunter isn't the "scariest" enemy you'll find in that cave but it's the hardest in my opinion. The other beast is a Blood starved one. Yes the previous boss you know and love is back.
