Gauntlet: Slayer Edition - 05 - Temple, pt1 [Valkyrie]
0Don't remember much about the stages here, but I do remember the cultists. The 'explode on death' ones and the sorcerers that eventually cast a hard to dodge spell unless you disrupt them.
The demons, on the other hand, I have little to no memory of. Their really quick attack caught me off guard a few times. The rapid-fire gargoyle thing is an annoyance due to all of the fodder that blocks the reflected shots.
The eyeball miniboss, I have no recollection of at all. Doesn't seem too terrible when compared to the lich or spider queen, but we'll see when the games make me fight two.
...also, I have to note here.. the ordering of stages seems rather odd given the spoken dialogue. I noticed it in the Caves as well, but didn't mention it. It's more noticeable here.
Regardless, the next part may well be the last in this romp.
