I never planned to do this video, but, I figured why not. I've been doing challenges to try and complete the Pokédex (hence the relatively high playtime on this save) as I've been replaying these games for the first time in a decade for some of them. This pretty much always means progressing all the way through the game to make this viable, so while I was here I decided to record the Elite 4 rematch in Fire Red. I haven't seen too many videos showing this in the past, but I'm sure they're out there.

This attempt was honestly kind of terrible, something you can see with your own two eyes. But I decided to keep the recording anyway. My last two videos (on Prof. Oak's unused boss fight and Pokémon Green's Elite 4) were complete stomps and honestly, that doesn't give a fair image of how these games are usually like. This run is more like it, then, with some truly baffling moments befitting of most people's Pokémon playthroughs.

Later today, I'm going to do some events on Fire Red, so I may record them for curiosity's sake. I wouldn't expect too many Pokémon videos from me going forward, though. I feel like I mostly got my fix for the next couple of years and I'm ready to call this fad off at this point.
