Anila Summer is interesting Character
There are 2 points of her skill kits that are interesting
1. Her Bigsummer Stage passive
Gain Stack + Give echo when team do more20 hits
Pretty sure this skill is suit for Echos team that deal a lot DMG per turn
Her echos seem like to be Special? (I'm not sure) Since it is stacking with Haaselia Feower Tetrastreamer(this one I'm not sure too much rows of echos LOL)
Since She is great with Echos Rune slayer might be a great class to use with her
2. Her Magical Yokan
Attack witout using turn + 15 hits DMG that its Cooldown can be cut by Anila's Ougi
So If you want to use this skill as much as possible in one fight you need some character that can provide CB for Anila
That why I chose Haaselia
Haaselia have echo + CB from S3
Pretty fun character but Her Utility for HL is kinda low She only has 1 7turns CDs Delay + small healing But She might be good to use in GW
