The GM Quel is a Raid that comes in at 400 cost that is trying it's best to be a general, it is rather frail with relatively alright health but slightly low resistances though a number of skills it has help to partly address this with Manoeuvre Armour lv2, Forced Injectors lv1 and shield break mastery to help it leverage it's shield and all around good mobility to help it close in and both High performance Radar and Personal Radar are both decent little bonuses however starts to fall flat at the weaponry, it's choice of main weapons are the Gm rifle which while not the worst weapon is a terrible choice for a raid and that leaves the other choice of the Gm II Beam Rifle that is a decent if unimpressive instant stun with mediocre range and damage.
It's Melee Weapon is the Beam Saber (Enhanced) which is pretty decent Melee weapon can do good damage even in the Hands of the Quel
For it's Sub-weapons it has an Hand Grenade (Enhanced) that while unimpressive it's a nice way to add a little extra damage in fights from relative safety, a Flash Grenade that gives a second instant stun though being a thrown weapon it's a little slow and the usual Vulcans to round out it's kit.
Overall the Gm Quel can somewhat struggle at times but is in a far better place than it used to be and at the least is an alright if slightly weak option.
