This is as good as it really gets for 480i content! The GBS Control does a great job of smoothing things out and it really shows in Silent Hill 3's menus.

The GBS Control is a very cheap alternative to the OSSC (which I own) and the Framemeister (are you joking, I'm not paying that). It's an extremely impressive upscaler with no discernible lag. Mine cost around £60 to build (including a case and a SCART connector).
