This computer was released as a server and workstation computer by Dell in 2009. You had the option of putting in a 2nd CPU with a riser board which could accept another CPU and 3 slots of ram. Having a 2nd CPU really extended the life of this computer, it can outperform a Intel I7-7700k in terms of multi-core performance.

The only downsides of this computer is that you cannot add a large graphics card. You can however add a Geforce GTX 1060 short card with two slots, and with a cpu power like this you can play most games at high settings and run 3d high end 3d applications. I am going to add a Geforce GTX 1060 when the prices come down.
