Generals of the Yang Family is a Sega Genesis / Sega Mega Drive game released in 2017 by Piko Interactive. The game was originally released as a bootleg game during the 90s in Taiwan under the title Yang Jia Jiang Yang (Warrior Family Yang).

However, Piko Interactive recently bought the rights to the game, translated it to English and gave it a more official release like they did with Water Margin. It's just a shame I couldn't get into this game at all.
