GENETOS - Final Generation (Replay Failure)
1That's what a failed replay looks like for the final generation of GENETOS, in fast forward. I suggest keeping an eye on the STOCK number, which is my lives. It's ridiculous to lose that many lives in the game, let alone a single stage. Plus, you can see me spam all kinds of summons since the replay is out of sync.
As I stated in a previous video, I believe the cause for these "out of sync" replays of the final generation is the red rocks at the beginning of the stage. After having tried to record the final stage's replay like 20 times, I noticed that the first attack I send flying towards the rocks would ALWAYS give me a different combo meter. Sometimes, 300, sometimes 296, or even 304. I also noticed that I am not always killed by the same rock in that replay, which leads me to believe that the pattern in which they fall is pretty much random. It wouldn't be a problem if that didn't occurred in the replays, but it does.
So after I got hit once while charging my summon, the summon is released early and my position is now out of sync (you can see it as I am not directly in the middle, which is where I spend most of my time while waiting through the phases), which then causes death after death, especially in the later parts of the stage. Especially my final death, which you see me literally flying into the blast radius of the bomb.
