Overall: 5/10 (Prototype score) so I graded this one pretty lightly. There are lots of bugs and issues, but the developer said it's a prototype (not a beta) so that's worth taking into account.

The genome system is interesting from a conceptual perspective, but I feel like this prototype hasn't quite proven whether it can be fun or not. The movement feels good, but a lot of the combat and progression mechanics are either weak or non-existent. Therefore we have a pretty environment that doesn't answer the question an investor might ask: "What makes this game different, and can this developer make that difference fun?"
