Two annoying things happened before I got to the quests in the title. I spent a while trying to figure out the Relay when it turns out there were Electro points under the some of the plants all along. Then fighting the Hydro and Electro Fatui enemies always takes me a while: I stand by my stance that they are more tedious/annoying than hard/fun. Then, of course the Fatui were behind the Thunder Sakura but it's not really explained why though. Finally, random amnesiac Samurai is random as we try to help him remember something important.
