Could be a lot of waiting, but nothing really dangerous about this guy. Just stay away from the shockwaves when it starts spinning above a pillar. You don't have to destroy any pillars until the last "trying to heal" phase, just use a bow or catalyst user so you can reach.

Talking of which, the pillars are considered Geo constructs, so the most effective attacks on them are greatsword hits, Geo element, and Overload procs. Noelle can combine the first two and break each pillar with 3 hits. (stats don't matter, so you can do it even if she's underleveled) But my Noelle was on expedition at the time, so I improvised with Geo MC and Razor.
