Problem: You join a Fediel raid and it's near 70%, or already past that. So you now have to deal with annoying/deadly HP triggers starting from Turn 2, and the Io Cannon doesn't go online until Turn 3 at least. What do?

With a strong Huanglong setup, you can get the required honors to guarantee a blue chest (about 530k in this case) in 2 turns, so it doesn't matter too much if your whole party gets ganked after that.

Mainhand: Sunblade makes it easier to cap, but Wasserspier produces 4 strikes of skill damage which is handy if you can still get close to damage cap. Secondary is Dark Opus with CB key, which gives an extra 10% charge bar.

Buffs: Metatron's unique 30% is probably the most efficient buff you can put out Turn 1. Lucio gives 20% Strength which is not bad either. Normal and Elemental buffs have some competition but are probably better than nothing.
