3Hey everoyone, and welcome to Grounded. I discovered this demo during Steam's weeklong Game Festival Event. And I was pleasantly surprised
with how fun this game is. In this survival action adventure game, you play as a young teenager who has shrunk himself to the size of an ant. And now has to survive the terrors that lurk in the backyard. Much like the popular family adventure film, "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" you must navigate the towers of grass and avoid creatures such as ants, mites, and the horrific wolf spider. The goal is not only to survive, but to return to your grown physical form.

During this 30 minute demo, I found it to be fairly easy, and also visually appealing. I've never seen another game use this shrink concept
before, and I believe Obsidian has succeded in making the player feel the dread and mystery of being the size of a small bug. In many survival
games, you almost start off in a panic, rushing to find food and water, before you die in the first few minutes of the game. But in Grounded,
the game gives you the oppourtunity to gaze at the new world you've stepped into. The objectives are fairly easy, even for a solo player. And
considering that, I can only wonder what the gameplay is like when you are teamed up with 3 more of your friends. This game is definitely one
I'll revisit, and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants something fun and different from a survival game.
