Getac X600 and X600 Pro | Rugged Laptops with Intel Core i9-11950H
Getac will launch X600 and X600 Pro rugged laptops in October. Notebooks are designed for use in manufacturing, transport and logistics, oil and gas industry and other cases where the computer must withstand an extremely hostile environment.
New items received a protected design in accordance with the standards MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G and IP66. They are not afraid of moisture, dust, dirt, vibration and falls from a height of up to 1.2 meters. The operating temperature range extends from -29 °C to +63 °C.
The devices are equipped with a 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD format). LumiBond technology provides brightness up to 1000 cd/m2. Optionally, a capacitive touch panel can be installed.
Based on the Intel Tiger Lake hardware platform. The maximum configuration includes a Core i9-11950H processor with eight cores (16 instruction threads) running at up to 5.0 GHz. An Intel UHD Graphics accelerator is used, and an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 graphics card can be optionally installed.
The amount of RAM in the base version is 16 GB (expandable up to 128 GB). The solid state drive is designed to store 512 GB of data (an additional two SSDs can be installed).
Computers are endowed with a 2.5G Ethernet network adapter, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth v5.2 wireless controllers, a Full HD webcam, Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, D-Sub and a serial port. Optionally, a GPS receiver and a 4G/LTE module are available.
The X600 Pro version additionally offers PCMCIA and Express slots. Plus, there is a multimedia compartment that can accommodate an optical DVD/Blu-ray drive or two extra batteries.
