"Reach maximum happiness in a large settlement." A task which on the surface seems like it should be simple but it seems when Fallout 4 first launched, Bethesda didn't put enough thought into this achievement as it's one of the rarest in the game without DLC achievements.

In this challenge I try to become a benevolent leader with using dlc and ignoring the "large settlement" wording and getting the achievement with only 1 settler to see how much easier the achievement has become when you buy the games expansions.
