Recipe: East Breakfast Quiche
1/4 lb(s), Sausage - Turkey, Bacon {your preference}
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium, Onion
1/4 container (8 tbsp ea.), Mild Diced Green Chilis
1 Tomatoes
1/2 tbsp, Spices, garlic powder
Canola Non Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 tbsp, Spices, onion powder
1 tsp, Salt and Pepper
3 large eggs, 3 Large Egg Whites
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
Brown meat over medium heat
Add onion and saute until soft
Add Green and red pepper
Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
In a bowl put 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites
Add 3/4 cup almond milk {unflavored}
Wisk until mixed
Add salt and pepper
Spray non stick spray on a 9 inch pie pan
Add sauteed veggies and egg mixture
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until set
