Giants are workers, not bosses. The giants being Deerclops, Moose Goose, and Bearger, are seasonal migrants looking for work in your new great country, here's how to put them to work.

Deerclops; He's strong, and good at breaking objects, but he gets easily distracted, and really likes vandalizing your stuff, he also won't stay on the job if you go off screen for too long. So make sure to stay next to him, until you've literally worked him to death, either by having him chop down a forest and waiting for Treeguards to take care of him, or having him kill annoying mobs such as the beefalo.

Moose Goose; The moose goose is really a bad worker, it's not willing to leave its home nest to work, and is always super aggressive to the employer, knocking tools out of your hands, and if you protect yourself, they'll send their children out to avenge them. They do have a good upside though, there are lots of them, and can protect against the seasonal danger; frog rain. If you don't kill them, the moslings will kill whatever killed the mother, so they become a great food farm.

Bearger; is the worker of the month, he'll travel anywhere to get work done, works much faster than the other two, and won't leave on the job like Deerclops. He's a professional at chopping down trees, and can be used to effectively clear a forest, and gather living logs. He can also extremely effectively kill any group mobs, such as spiders, one stomp, and they're gone.

The raid bosses can also be lightly used to defend against aggressive mobs, toadstool can be used to kill splumonkeys, Bee Queen and Dragonfly can be used to fight hounds, and more.

But that's not it, in Don't Starve Together, with the addition of more raid bosses, the Reanimated Skeletons and the Shadow Thurible were added, this allows the player to control the Surface Reanimated Skeleton, and Caves Reanimated Skeleton. At the cost of nightmare fuel, and killing the Ancient Fuelweaver, which drops the Shadow Thurible.

Now, these aren't workers, they're slaves, even better. The caves skeleton will listen to some commands, and the surface skeleton will follow you. Unlike the other bosses, which are just being coerced into working for you. The Caves Skeleton can be used to re-clear the ruins, chop trees, and do other work, and the Surface Skeleton can be used to chop trees, but not fight Treeguards, really that's all they're useful for though, other then small tasks here and there.
