Since Nerdarchy has covered the Githyanki and Illithid already that just leaves the githzeria. Hated enemy of both. When the gith split between githyanki and githzerai the githyanki took up residence in the astral plane while their more contemplative brethren took up residence in limbo. Githzerai follow the way of Zerimon and seek enlightenment. Sometimes they even set up monasteries in the prime material planes to spread the teachings of Zerimon. Githzerai make great npc's especially if you already have monks in your games. You could even have a player follow the ways of Zerimon.
