Glover 2 (N64 Prototype): Fixed Gypsy area
Thanks to Origonal Hexatendo for bringing this to my attention.
Looks like a theory I had on this prototype turned out to be true. Ever since this prototype first showed up on the internet, no matter how you tried to access it, the Gypsy area would always crash. From some documentation I've managed to find, apparently it was because of an invalid texture pointer, but other than that I didn't know how to fully fix it in hex.
Fast forward to now and the owner of the prototype managed to redump it with a more accurate setup a short time ago. I actually e-mailed the guy a while back about the problem since in his footage from before the initial dump he accessed the Gypsy area...and it loaded! He wrote back saying he would look into it and see if it somehow got corrupted during the dumping process, and from this new dump it looks like that was the case the whole time. Not sure why it took this long to finally get a clean rip, but hey, better late than never I suppose.
Anyways, as for the area itself it's unfortunately not too interesting other than the unique scenery and enemy that appears nowhere else. At least we now know that the Sewer's second exit leads here, since it always crashed when accessed due to Gypsy's corruption, and how you would access the Farm area without the level select menu.
As a final note, I would have recorded this on my flashcart, but I don't have a second controller to access the debug controls.
