20This is all a result of messing with the file "monster_select.txt".
You can rearrange the kaiju in any order you want, however, you can also put in nonexistent kaiju like Baragon in place of another kaiju and you get.... this.
It might not look too weird, but what this empty character slot does is copy whoever you're playing as and copy almost any move you make. And to make things worse, you can only walk forward. I'm serious, I couldn't get player 1 to turn without running into the barrier a thousand times. So you may be wondering "What happens if you play as the empty space too?". Simple, the game crashes. It only seems to work in Destruction Mode and only as Player 2. So the lesson here is, do not add in empty slots while modifying Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee.
