Golduck BREAK - Pokémon TCG Live Online Matches #29
7Moving right along in our series of featuring the BREAK Evolution Pokémon from the recent Pokémon TCG BREAKpoint expansion, today we'll be checking out Golduck BREAK. BREAK Evolving your Golduck gives it the Ability called Hyper Transfer, which gives you free movement of any and all of your attached Basic Energy to any of your Pokémon each and every turn. Since this Ability would work well in any kind of a deck, I've put together a rather kooky-crazy strategy for this deck, starting with Parasect's Colorful Spores attack, which lets you search your deck for up to 3 different types of Basic Energy and attach them to your Pokémon. Golduck BREAK can then Hyper Transfer those Energy cards to the heavy hitter of this deck, the powerful Ho-Oh-EX, which needs a Grass, Water, and Lightning Energy attached in order to attack, and also gains a healing benefit if Fire Energy is attached with its Purifying Fire Ability. Let's see how well this combo works together in this week's matches!
