Let's take a trip back to where it all began - the Kanto region, setting of Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow - in the Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Kanto Classic Online Competition! In celebration of Pokémon's 20th Birthday this year, this online competition is open only to the first 149 Pokémon in the National Pokédex (in other words, all Gen 1 Pokémon except for Mewtwo and Mew). The battle format is single battles, 6 vs. 6, with no held items permitted.
