~A Link to the Chain~

All members in the fireteam must tether (get the Enlightened buff) at the same time.

~Strategy~

Split into 2 teams of 3 people.

Team one consists of plate 1 defender, plate 2 defender and runner for plates 1 and 2.

Team two consists of plate 3 defender, plate 4 defender and runner for plates 3 and 4.

When the encounter starts, team 1 stays at plate 1 while team 2 goes left towards plate 2. Once all the Angelics and champions are killed at both plates, both teams tether at their respective plates at the same time.
Meaning 3 guys (team 1) tether at plate 1 and remaining 3 guys (team 2) tether at plate 2. Runners will coordinate with each other and should open/close the relay to avoid any confusion.

Once plate 2 portal is activated, plate 1 defender stays behind to defend plate 1 while plate 2 defender and the runner for 1 and 2 while take the portal and come to plate 2 to clear ads. Meanwhile team 2 will move forward to plate 3 to clear ads.
Over here, after clearing out all the ads at plate 1, the plate 1 defender will then take the portal to join his team at plate 2 so that all 3 of them can tether. Upon clearing the area, 3 guys will tether at plate 3 (team 2) while 3 guys (team 1) will tether at plate 2.

When plate 3 portal is activated, plate 1 defender will go back to defending plate 1, plate 2 defender will stay at plate 2 to defend, runner for 1 and 2 will take the portal to plate 3 to defend it and team 2 will move onto plate 4 to clear out the ads.
Keep in mind that champions at plate 4 usually spawn late and at the back. So it's a good idea to kill the Angelic and immediately tether and then kill the champions rather than killing everything off and then tethering.
When team 2 is ready to tether at plate 4, runner for 1 and 2 will go to plate 2, plate 1 defender will also go to plate 2 and team 1 will tether at plate 3.

Afterwards, play the encounter normally. Just keep in mind that team 1 rendezvous at plate 2 to tether, while team 2 rendezvous at plate 3 to tether.

Once middle barriers disappear, go the middle and kill all the ads. Be patient and wait for your entire fireteam to gather. All of you form a line and then one of the runner shoots the relay to tether everyone at the same time.
Repeat this process twice more and you'll have completed the challenge.

~Tips~

1) Only runners should shoot the box and do a countdown between themselves to avoid any confusion or panic.

2) Defenders and runners should move to their respective rendezvous points after the subsides text appears. No more ads will spawn for a while.
Teams should be quick enough to link the tether before reinforcements are deployed. If any side is late and Angelics spawn, it'll immediately close off the relay and you'll probably fail the challenge. Moreover defenders need to get back to their plates otherwise ads will sacrifice there.

3) If an Angelic spawns at plate 1 or 4 then the rendezvous point for that respective team will change for that round only. This is because killing Angelics takes some extra time and it'll be difficult to go back to original rendezvous point for tether.

4) When in middle, form a straight line for an easy tether.
Tether 2x back to back before it gets sealed off by the Angelic so that you get maximum time to break enemies shields. Don't go Rambo after getting buffed once. Stay for second tether buff.
