At the ID@Xbox Showcase 2025 presentation, IGN employees presented a bunch of indie projects that are being created with the support of Xbox; WB Games closed the Monolith Productions studio, which gave us F.E.A.R., the Middle-earth: Shadow of dilogy and other cult titles; a playable prologue of the updated Gothic was released on Steam; Pathologic 3 will get a demo in March; in the spring, we are expecting two metroidvanias at once - Twilight Monk and INAYAH - Life after Gods; Konami entrusted the authors of the Silent Hill 2 remake with the production of another game based on one of its franchises; PEGI lowered the age limit for Balatro to 12+; a mod was released that allows you to complete Dark Souls III in co-op; the Next Fest has started in the Valve store.
