Gottlieb Pinball Classics PS2 Multiplayer Gameplay ( System 3 / Farsight Studios ) Playstation 2
2In this video we test out Gottlieb Pinball Classics by System 3 on the Sony Playstation 2 console. Another pinball game that sadly doesnt live upto expectations.
The part that let this one down was the gameplay speed. It seemed as if we were supposed to imagine playing in a weightless environment, as the ball moved about as slow as a snail. We did come accross a later level that played at a decent enough speed to enjoy that round, but other levels seemed to not only run far too slow, but sometimes encountered a framerate skip. If all that wasnt enough to contend with, there are parts of the table where you cant see your ball, which can get quite frustrating at times.
Having said all the negative things, Gottlieb Pinball Classics wasnt the worst pinball game weve played, the graphics, sound and camera angles were pretty decent, but from its defects, i dont think its one we will be in a hurry to return to.
