2H, OD Surge (Ult), 5H, Reginleiv (Heavy), OD Surge (Ult), 5H, then any version of Rising Sword to finish is fine depending on your preferences. I prefer medium here.

The timing for the first ult OD surge is pretty lenient, you pretty much just wait a bit after the 2H and do it whenever it'll connect, then you're good.
The previous upload of this combo is outdated. It used c.M (because I'm used to using it after ult boot in normal combos otherwise) when c.H can be used instead during a counter-hit combo for better damage.
