It may look the same, but you need to slightly delay the timing of 5H into Reginleiv (Heavy) so that you get the correct distance for the second Ult OD Surge to connect properly, and finish the combo, as well as finish with the light version of Rising Sword since M and H don't connect well here.
Notation:
2H, OD Surge (Ult), then slight delay to line up the proper spacing, 5H, Reginleiv (Heavy), OD Surge (Ult), 5H, then Rising Sword (Light).
You just need good timing so that the fireball doesn't send too far or too low to the ground for the ult boot to connect, and the light version of rising sword since medium and heavy don't connect as well as it, and you should be good. You'll have this down consistently with practice.
