Since I absolutely hate farming, here I go for what seems to be a very popular strategy to get a decent amount of money early in the game, without farming. You get the IA license, then pick one of the Miata that you can get as a reward in one of the beginner cups, and then you go all-in in the Roadster endurance race, that only allows you to only pick from 3 cars, without any upgrades. Winning this endurance awards you with 100000 credits, which you can use to purchase a good sports car to compete in the Amateur League, where the events actually award you with a decent amount of money for winning them. So as I said before, the progression system is just very bad lol.
