This is the only Gran Turismo game of the first 6 that I've never played before. Just as I heard, the game can be quite farmy when it comes to the simulation mode. The first races don't give you enough credits to upgrade your cars or buy new ones comfortably, so it's hard to get out of the beginner league. Though what's even worse, it's "beginner" in name only, because some cups are not easy even with a decent car, and some other cups are not even possible without a very good car. So in short, the progression system is just very badly implemented.
