This car was a nightmare to tame, but after tuning the suspension bit by bit, I got pretty close to making it actually handle corners, but the final ingredient turned out to be adding 80kg of ballast mostly over the front axle. This greatly smooths out the weight transfer, allowing the car to not excessively roll during cornering, which usually would cause a massive pendulum effect due to the high g-forces and send you doing a 720 McTwist into the shadow realm.

The car pretty much has next to no turning capability at low speeds, so you need to get going to get the aero to function and then maintain momentum to make it around the track. I was cracked out and focused exclusively on hammering the handling down, so I didn't actually tune the gearbox at all. This thing is capable of much higher top speed than what was reached in the clip. I also didn't do a 'full send' lap, since at the time of recording I had just gotten the hang of the car, and didn't realize the capability of this tune (I since did much faster laps, again without the gearbox being tuned. Anyone who modifies the gearbox can do much quicker than this.)

Anyway, this car went from being a mere oddity to being one of my favorites to drive in the entire game. Too bad you can only drive it on two tracks -- thanks Polyphony! I surmise they probably did this because the AI are too dumb to drive it properly, and they didn't want to embarrass themselves by having players see that, so disabled it for everything except the Nurburging and Test Course, and even then you can only do it solo and in picture mode. Lame.
