That aside, my Light pool is rather undeveloped with only 2 weapons slvl15. Sorry for that.

+[Revelation] : 25% party attack + defense buff and 1300 HP barrier. Last 3 turns and CD is 8 turns. This skill stacks with Rage buff. It is basically a slight weaker Altair buff with a strong barrier attached.

+[Out of the Ashes] : 900% light DMG to a single target. Single hit, 9x damage, with just 5 turns CD. You know the drill. Oh and it is double-casted with the Charge Attack effect. The DMG cap is 800k, shooting 1.6mil has never been so easy per 5 turns.

+[Awakenings] : For 2 turns , Lucio will gain the following

--90% Echo damage
--30% TA chance
--75% dark DMG CUT
--100% Debuff resistance

CD is 7 turns

+[Charge Attack/Ougi - Paradise Lost] : Massive light DMG to a target, give 30% Light attack up to self for 3 turns. Gain buff that allow [Out of the Ashes] to double cast once.

+[Passive 1 - The Morning Star] : Lucio will gain 4% Light attack up per turns, while having 3% dark defense down. Capped after 10T with 40% light attack up and 30% dark defense down.

+[Passive 2 - Wings of Justice] : Self DA/TA increase per turn and capped after 4T. The effect will be gone upon receiving damage. It also can be dispelled by enemies. Per turn is 17.5% DA/10% TA, thus max is 70% DA/40% TA

Is Lucio strong? Yes he is very very strong, and he can do multiple things well too. He has great syngery with most Light core members like Amira/Jeanne/Ferri/Juliet so he can fit in a lot of team composition. Did i mention his race is unknown too?

Lucio's weakness? He might be having that perma 30% dark defense down after 10T which cause him taking more damage than the rest against Dark, but Light has Chev Sword to cover that problem. A lot of HP does the trick. That aside, this weakness is irrelevant when fighting non-dark.

Is Lucio too OP? Well he is just a bit near it, he broke some DPS standard but Cygames learnt their lessons and stop right before it crossed too much limits. Plus with what is coming up to GBF, such as Shiva 140% fire damage up passive, Lucio surely won't be classed as broken.
