A tricky Proud difficulty event battle. Compared to other elements, Fire's survival-centric characters seem rather lacking (Or maybe I'm just spoiled by Wind, I don't know).

Fraux would've made it easier to deal with the dodge rate up buffs the Locusts in the first round like using, but then I would have less sources of delay and I'd inevitably end up facing enemy ougis without damage cuts, which is not ideal. With this frontline everyone has a delay skill of some sort, allowing me to survive long enough to summon the Wind Carbuncle and have more coverage against enemy ougi.

Basically the triggers to watch for are:
Locust 1, 75%: AOE Wind
Locust 2, When first Locust dies: Random Wind
Ishkur 75%: Big multihit Wind
Ishkur 50%: AOE Light, can paralyze
Ishkur 25%: AOE Dark, dispels buffs and can block healing
