Grand Theft Auto 4 + EFLC - Chapter I Part 1 (100% Completionist)
After doing the GTA Trilogy walkthroughs, even though I did the Remastered versions, we move onto the next chapter in the GTA series.
This time, our adventure takes us back to Liberty City during the year 2008 (and possibly early 2009), where we follow our main protagonists. First and major protagonist of this game (and its DLCs) is Niko Bellic, a Serb who escaped his former life as a soldier and later a criminal in Europe and arrives in Liberty City to stay with his cousin, Roman Bellic (who has a bit of an imaginative description of his current life situation in Liberty City). The game opens up with the first adventures of our new arrival to the Port of Liberty City, where his cousin is coming to pick him up.
The other two protagonists we are going to follow in this walkthrough are Johnny Klebitz, a member of The Lost Motorcycle Club and Luis Lopez, club manager/partner of the long-time night club owner and celebrity whisperer Tony Prince.
The logic of the walkthrough follows the same principle as the ones before: the game is done without deaths (no hospital visits), all major story missions are done without failing and done in the most respectful and tactical manner, with collecting all items, doing all side stuff, like races, meeting strangers, hanging out with friends and doing most of the story related player initiated phone calls.
I will say one thing: this game still has major performance issues and game-breaking bugs that were never addressed by Rockstar Games. At times, you will notice variations in graphical elements, because I started without a frame limiter, then I went onto using the GTA IV FusionFix (which failed at certain point because the game would crash almost all the time) and then finally using the game as it is, but hotkeying RivaTuner Statistics Server to limit frames during cutscenes as much as I could (If you want to play this game properly, my advice is to use RTSS and limit frames to 48 FPS during cutscenes or parts of the game that might cause game-breaking bugs, like the final missions with Niko Bellic).
