This mission introduces computer usage, TW@ internet cafés, and the in-game internet. It is also the first appearance of Brucie Kibbutz, whom Roman has met him online and will become a friend after the mission "No. 1".
Niko meets Roman at his taxi office in Hove Beach, and also meets Brucie Kibbutz, Roman's friend. Roman tells Niko that he is frustrated that Niko does not have an e-mail account, as Niko promises to create one.
Niko leaves Roman's office and drives to the internet café on Oneida Avenue. Niko walks inside and meets Alejandra, another one of Roman's friends and the assistant of the café there. Niko logs onto a computer and activates an account with the EyeFind Mail Service.
Once Niko has been created, he logs off the computer and leaves the internet café.
After the mission, Roman will call Niko to ask him if Niko can "acquire" some cars for Brucie, specifically unlocking the Exotic Exports side mission.
